I realize there are quite a few in Tamil Nadu who have the old
pentium 2 or 3 machines that run win 98SE.
Why even for the new one’s they supply only Win 98SE and charge extra for w=
in XP
So, to cut costs most of the people who buy new machines stick with win 98
How can they create text in Unicode Tamil?
There are several ways
1. Ledit dedicated word processor
2. Web base text editor of Suratha yazvanan
3. Umar’s plugin for IE explorer
4. Now sarma’s free standing UNicode text editor converter

You can use ekalappai 2 as your keyboard interface
