I disagree with you on the main point. we seem to be thinking about using
the Grantha characters for oft used sanskrit words. Nowadays the problem is
writing the thousands of Tamilized English words that are cropping up like
crazy in both spoken and written Tamil
Examples include

like that I can literally write 1000 words
Though we can find equivalent words for Sanskrit words but to be able to
write Thamilized Englsih words we need the Grantha Characters.
