TSCII Revision 1.7

For the past several weeks there had been discussion in the current TSCII mailing list (tscii@yahoogroups.com) about revising TSCII encoding to fix some nagging problems. A new version has been agreed upon and test fonts and keyboard drivers are out already. These can be downloaded at Yahoo! Groups files section. Please join the mailing list for more information. Patch for PINE email software

Nagu has sent this patch for PINE email software to make it fully compatible with TSCII (as well as other 8-bit encodings). You can get the PINE software from http://www.washington.edu/pine, and the patch from here. (Feb 12, 1999)
